HULK TRAINING

Since I began training with Marcus I’ve developed a real passion for living a healthier lifestyle. I’ve become obsessed with being the best version of me. I am 41 and I’m stronger than I have ever been. My body is doing things that I didn’t know it was capable of, especially after having my acl in my right knee replaced twice. I have also met so many of my personal goals. I am down 6 pants sizes and back into single digits. Marcus always challenges me during my training sessions and ensures that I am performing exercises using the proper technique. He provides me with helpful tips and exercises that I use while going to the gym on my own and also while coaching competitive cheerleading. I have gained so much knowledge and confidence; and I’m looking forward to crushing the new goals that I set for myself!
